Citizen Grievance

The Aggrieved citizen or employee can lodge the complaint or Grievance either by sending across by using the postal services in a written form or by lodging the same in the website being provided.

The employees can lodge the Grievance by the various mentioned methods. The staff handling the grievances would update the progress of the status. Redressal can be communicated to the employee.
